Data handling

A clear document lifecycle for tender review.

Avertaq uses tender and supporting documents only to provide the requested review workflow. Users should upload only material they are authorized to process.

Tender PDFs

A tender PDF is validated before analysis. The service extracts structured review information such as requirements, risks, cost signals and source context. The resulting analysis can be persisted in the authenticated workspace.

Supporting documents

Supporting PDFs may be analyzed against tender requirements to surface candidate evidence. During Free Early Access, the server enforces a cumulative limit of up to five supporting PDFs for each analyzed tender.

Temporary upload handling

Upload workflows use controlled temporary references and deletion guards. Application code is designed to avoid treating temporary document storage as permanent business-record storage and to remove temporary raw files when they are no longer required for the active processing request.

Review data

Saved analyses, requirement status, evidence review and related workspace state may remain available while needed for the active pilot workspace so authorized users can return to the same tender review after the initial analysis. Exact post-pilot deletion periods will only be published after the corresponding application, backup, log and provider cleanup mechanisms are verified.

Limited audit records

Security events and records of material user acknowledgements may be retained separately from workspace content where reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention or to establish or defend legal claims. These records are not used to restore deleted tender workspace content.

What we do not claim

Avertaq does not claim that uploaded documents are independently audited, legally validated or converted into final compliance decisions. Human verification of source material remains required.
