Delete account and data

Who can submit a request

The authorized pilot user or an authorized representative of the organization may request deletion. Avertaq may ask for reasonable verification before acting on a request so another person cannot delete the account without permission.

How to request deletion

1. Send the request from the email address used for the pilot account.
2. Use the subject “Avertaq account deletion request”.
3. State whether you want the full account deleted or only a named saved tender workspace.

What is deleted

After verification, Avertaq will delete or de-identify the pilot account and associated saved tender findings, evidence matches and review decisions covered by the request. Temporary raw uploads are already designed to be removed after processing.

Limited retention

Minimal records may be retained when required by law or needed for security, fraud prevention and resolving disputes. They will not be used to restore access to deleted workspace content.
