Important use and responsibility information · Updated August 28, 2026
Decision-support tool
Avertaq is an AI-assisted decision-support tool for reviewing tender documents, requirements, risks, cost signals and supporting evidence. It does not replace legal, procurement, engineering, accounting or other professional advice.
Human review is required
AI-generated outputs can be incomplete, inaccurate or affected by the quality, wording or completeness of the documents provided. Users must independently review the official tender documents, amendments, notices and applicable procurement requirements before relying on an Avertaq result or submitting a bid.
No guarantee of completeness, eligibility or award
Avertaq does not guarantee that every requirement, deadline, exclusion ground, qualification condition, cost item or document will be identified. It does not guarantee eligibility, compliance, admissibility, ranking, successful submission or the award of any tender or contract.
User responsibility
The tender participant remains responsible for all final decisions, calculations, declarations, evidence, deadlines, signatures, pricing and submissions. Avertaq should be used as an additional review layer, not as the sole basis for a procurement decision or submission.
Official sources prevail
If an Avertaq output conflicts with an official tender document, amendment, contracting-authority notice, procurement platform record or applicable law, the official source and applicable legal requirements prevail.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Avertaq is not responsible for indirect, incidental, consequential or special losses arising from reliance on AI-assisted outputs, including loss of profit, business opportunity, anticipated savings or the loss of a tender or contract. Nothing in this notice excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
Keep your own records
Users should retain the original tender documents, amendments, submission records and their own professional review notes. Avertaq outputs are intended to support, not replace, the user's own audit trail and verification process.
Professional legal review
This notice is a product-risk disclosure and is not a substitute for company-specific legal advice. Before paid commercial launch, Avertaq's final contractual terms, liability limits, governing law, privacy terms and data-processing terms should be reviewed by qualified legal counsel for the jurisdictions in which the service is offered.

This notice should be read together with the Terms, Privacy and Data Handling pages.
